Acts 20:24 But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about God's wonderful kindness and love.
25 “And now I know that none of you to whom I have preached the Kingdom will ever see me again. 26 Let me say plainly that I have been faithful. No one's damnation can be blamed on me, 27 for I didn’t shrink from declaring all that God wants for you.
Paul's statement "No one's damnation can be blamed on me" - pretty powerful statement. In order for him to say that, he must have talked about Jesus to everyone he came into contact with. That's the only way he could say that. How times have changed! We hear the enemy whisper to us "Don't tell them about Jesus until you know them better." "You don't want to offend them." etc., etc. I know there are people that God has crossed my path with that I have not truly shared the change that Jesus has made in me. God forgive me, and grant the grace to be bold in my faith.
And then, I loved this next sentence:
32 “And now I entrust you to God and word of his grace - his message that is able to build you up and give you an inheritance with all those he has set apart for himself.
That's it - we must all entrust each other to God and the word of his grace and love. God, we are yours. Help us to walk wisely in this world. Protect us from the lies of the enemy. By your Spirit let us love others as you love us.
